Reflexio is offered only as a recurring subscription. This policy explains how you can cancel or change your subscription.

Subscription

• Recurring billing: When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency shown at checkout (plus applicable taxes such as VAT, where required).
• Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• How to cancel: If you have an account, you can manage your subscription from your customer account/subscription portal. You can also cancel online via our public cancellation page: https://reflexio-ebooks.com/pages/cancel
• When cancellation takes effect: Your cancellation will stop future renewals. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If we can’t successfully process payment, your subscription access may be suspended or cancelled.

Digital content & refunds

Reflexio is a digital subscription. Refunds (if any) are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Where required by law, you may have additional consumer rights.
